Maintenance Technician

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assist with IOT team in installation and other matters when necessary
- Promote teamwork and quality service daily communication and coordination with other departments
- Carry tools, prepare the worksite and assist maintenance representatives as needed
- Detecting and repairing electrical fire hazards
- Install, repair, maintain electrical systems including IOT devices & wiring infrastructure
- Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PDM), planning and improvement measure for production and utility facilities
- Documentation: maintain record of maintenance activities, IOT configuration and wiring diagram

**Requirements**:

- Very good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- 1 or more year(s) experience of general building maintenance and installation experience
- General electricity technician or machinery-related certificate
- Able to work independently
- Proficiency in reading interpreting wiring diagram is a plus
- This job requires ability to perform the following: Carrying, lifting pushing and/ or pulling items weighing up to 100 pounds
- Expertise in Electrical engineering is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
