**Job Description**:

- Manage and monitor overall Gateway/Warehouse day-to-day operation.
- Coordinate with fleet department on inbound & outbound schedule to ensure

parcel unloading, loading and sorting efficiency without any delay.
- Prepare contingency plan for peak season or special situation.
- Plan, manage and monitor manpower to perform daily task.
- Prepare related report to management.
- Review, evaluate and recommend improvements to internal operational SOP.
- Manage effective employee and comply with employee management tools,

systems, policies and procedures.
- Coach, Advise and Motivate the team in problem solving on daily operational

issue and establish harmonious working environment.
- Ensure mapping of site resources and activities and manage as per timelines and

budget constraints.
- Ensure safety and security compliance in operational area.
- Manage and maintain Gateway facility and maintenance including machinery

and equipment.
- Be friendly and kind to every customers.
- Others task as assigned from time to time.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,163.12 - RM3,072.56 per month

Schedule:

- Early shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perak Tengah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
