**Responsibilities**:

- Admin is to manage schedules and calendars for their team or manager, scheduling appointments, meetings and events.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Assisting the Sales Manager and in sales support to the team and providing excellent customer service to clients.
- Maintaining database, tracking sales and customer information and generating reports for the managements team.
- Assisting the Sales Manger in creating promotional materials and conduction maeket research.
- Responsible for creating invoices, managing expenses, and ensuring timely payment from customers.
- Maintaining customer relationship and providing excellent customer service.
- Track and monitor employee attendance to ensure that employees are adhering to the organization’s policies and procedures related to attendance.
- Assisting Sales manager in monitoring the work progress of the team and providing feedback to team members.
- As an admin assiting Sales manager to ensure the team is working effectively towards their goals and that individual team members are receiving the support and guidance they need to succeed.
- Based in Teluk Intan, Perak.
