Assistant Company Secretary

**Job Descriptions**:
- To assist in preparing resolutions, minutes and statutory documents.
- To assist in preparing statutory documents, annual return and all other documents in compliance with Companies Act 2016 for submission to SSM.
- To maintain and update secretarial records and registers.
- To ensure all statutory documents and any relevant documents are prepared and submit accordingly.
- To undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess a Diploma / Degree in Corporate Administration / Business Administration / Professional Degree or equivalent.
- At least 1 years of working experiences in company secretarial work/firm.
- Familiar with the provisions of the Companies Act 2016.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, MYCOID and MBRS system and Superior ComSec (added advantage).
- Have a good sense of responsibility, good interpersonal communication skills, problem solving and team player.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good working attitude and willingness to learn.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
