**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible and able to prepare full set of accounts independently
- In charge of collections and issuing original receipts
- Responsibility for the original receipt and payment voucher
- Prepare & review bank reconciliation report
- Prepare monthly management reports
- Maintain proper records in the Accounting System
- Liaison with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, government agencies, and other professionals

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least a Diploma/LCCI, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualification in Accountancy/Finance
- Minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience in accounting
- Able to speak in Mandarin and Malay
- Able to handle timeline at work with mínimal supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience in Autocount and SQL accounting will be an advantage
