**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation - Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials. Collaborate with designers and writers to ensure content is on-brand and effectively communicate messages.
- Market Research - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Use data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting - Monitor and analyze the performance or marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports to management on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Event Coordination - Plan and coordinate marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Budget Management - Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and within budget.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing payroll and handling financial paperwork.
- Experience with payroll software.
- Understanding of labor laws, taxation requirements, and accounting principles in relation to payroll and financial matters.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Effective organization and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a high-pressure atmosphere.

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
