**Requirement**
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- At least 2 years of relevant working experiences. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Trustworthy, quick thinking, strong organization skills and an analytic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Provide efficient and effective day to day administrative support with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long
- term planning to assist in accomplishment of company’s goals.
- Responsible for ensuring all legal documents, confidential agreements, registered licenses, bills, and confidential documents are renewed and safe kept accordingly
- Facilitate communication with direct reports of senior leader and relevant stakeholders
- Evaluates and negotiates contracts for the purchase of services in coordination with company’s requirement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and records concise, meticulous minutes of all board meetings.
- Plan and coordinate conference, meetings, events, VIP visits and etc.
- Report to the direct superior upon succession of any tasks accordingly
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
