Job Description:
1. Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices and terms of delivery, and manage the supplier relationship.
2. Generate and process Purchase Orders, ensuring the accuracy of the items description, quantities, pricing, and delivery details.
3. Prepare a timesheet for inbound/outbound stock. Liaise with forwarding agents/ transporter on the delivery of materials.
4. Coordinate/ arrange delivery to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
5. Maintaining all documents relating to the supply chain process in accordance with the company's quality requirements.
6. Supporting the function of the supply chain department.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
