**Job Summary**:

- Responsible to assist & provide weekend support in facilitating the efficient running of the Heritage Centre and assisting across a broad range of the daily operational duties.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- To support the Heritage Centre Manager and in ensuring that all services offered to the public are of a high standard.
- To handle requests for group bookings to visit the house and to answer enquiries from the public and provide information.
- To help administer the volunteer roster to ensure that the Heritage Centre is always fully staffed.
- To perform front of the house duties on occasion.
- When required to provide general guided tours of the Heritage Centre to groups and visitors.
- To act as the designated key holder when required with duties to include the opening and closing of the Heritage Centre and on occasion out of hours response.

Any other daily operations duties as assigned by the Heritage Centre Manager.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
