**Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities**:

- Perform vendor reconciliations and follow up refund on over payment
- Follow up invoices and credit note to be booked into SAP
- Attend queries from internal & external stakeholders, responsible & accountable on issue resolution for daily operation
- Perform invoice processing via OCR tool and SAP
