- A digital marketing specialist is the forefront of a brand's digital presence, creating compelling content for social media platforms and assisting with promotional strategy. With an emphasis on content generation, social media management, and collaborative campaign implementation. This function is critical in raising brand recognition and consumer engagement.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Create engaging and relevant content for Facebook (FB) and Xiao Hong Shu to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Edit videos to create a captivating and visually appealing content for marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Schedule and post content regularly, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities for outlets.
- Brainstorm ideas for seasonal promotions, events, and campaigns to drive leads and sales.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to implement promotional initiatives effectively.

**Secondary Responsibilities**
- Use Canva to design graphics, banners, and other visual assets for social media posts and promotional materials.
- Manage and optimize Facebook ads to reach target audiences and drive traffic to the outlets.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in video editing using Capcut and designing using Canva.

- **Creativity**:Ability to be creative and generate innovative ideas for content creation and promotional activities, including strong storytelling skills to captivate and engage the audience.
- **Communication**:Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey messages and engage with our audience on social media platforms and foster positive interpersonal abilities.
- **Organization and Time Management**:Strong organizational skills to effectively multitask, manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
