**Introduction**:
We are looking for a hunger for sales Business Development Manager with strong consumer insights expertise to join our SEA Sales team & develop SEA market. This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur.
You will be responsible for developing the enterprise relationship through understanding their business objectives, how they conduct their insights activities and driving adoption of Toluna’s best-in-class tech stack.
**Responsibilities**:
- Getting in new clients, businesses and build relationships in SEA region
- Learn about Toluna products and services and describe/explain them to prospects & clients
- Cold-calling and qualify prospects
- Be consultative in sales approach & ability to propose the appropriate methodology to meet prospect & clients’ objective(s) and needs and ability to translate it to a proper proposal for the client /prospect
- Achieve sales target by clients, regions and product types
- Ensure all business administrative tasks are completed and organized
**Required skill set**:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional work experience in Sales and Business Development
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional work experience in Market Research, Insights & Analytics, Customized Research
- Experience across a variety of methodologies, online research is a plus
- Fast learner & interest in technology and making clients’ happy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, general comfort with database structures
- Salesforce is good-to-have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client service oriented
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Highly motivated, able to work within tight deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
