Role & Responsibilities:

- Perform administrative task, reporting and assisting management for smooth operational.
- Preparing department's related documentations.
- Preparing report and meeting minutes.
- Perform all administration tasks.
- Handling coordination work in particulars department.
- Maintain efficient documentation and filling system for both paper and electronic records.
- Undertaking other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.

**Requirements**:
Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel, Power Point, SQL Accounting will be

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an advantage)

Able to interact with people at all levels.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
