**Scope of services**:
- Correspond; redirect phone calls to the right person professionally and stay alert to screen suspicious phishing incoming calls to ensure company properties are protected.
- Ensure all the incoming / outgoing documents and parcels are handled carefully by sorting and distributing to the right person. Maintain received documents in logbook and ensure receiver acknowledge while collect the documents.
- Greet / welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person. Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor access tag according to company’s standard procedures.
- Handle general office administration duties such as update the stock of docket for airway bill/DHL/ ABX, boxes request by department for courier services and filing of air-waybills other documents within the scope of receptionist.
- Ensure reception's area and lobby are well maintain, neat and clean at all time.
- Assist P&C department with administration support as and when required.
- Document all activities and tasks as per the project standards.
- Provide pre and post implementation support.
- Hand over the tasks, work and products to secondees and Client.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: Up to RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
