Receptionist

Receive, direct, relay all incoming calls and enquiries in a professional manner and take adequate messages when required;
- Greet, assist and provides assistance to guests and the general public in an effective manner. Inform respective personnel/department on the arrival of their guests/visitors/ suppliers;
- Sort all incoming and outgoing mails/faxes/parcels effectively and date stamp all general correspondence;
- Ensure company’s extension list and employee’s vehicle registration are upkeep up to date;
- Ensure meeting room and other arrangements are in order;
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area;
- Ensure newspapers/magazines in the waiting area and parcels/documents at reception area are neatly display;
- Responsible for providing clerical and administrative support and maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence;
- To comply with working procedures as per stated in Admin Manual - Working Procedures for Receptionist cum HR Clerk;
- Perform ad-hoc duty from time to time as and when required.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
