Receptionist Admin Executive

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
**Job Requirements**
- At least 1 years of experience in receptionist or office admin role.
- Proficient in Spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic Knowledge of appropriate software - excel, outlook, word, PowerPoint
- Should be able to work on **WEEKEND**
**Working Hours - 9am - 5pm **(6 Days work 1 Day off)
