- Provide full support to HR & Administrative related duties
- Update & maintain employee records
- Assist in monthly payroll data checking
- Review & update HR or any other related policies
- Maintain employee leave/clocking system
- Assist in data collation for any statistical purposes
- To remain updated on Employment Act
- Other ad-hoc HR & Administrative duties
- ** Requirement**:
- Education : Min Diploma/ Degree in any field
- Experience : Min 1-2 years of experience in HR / Administration or other relevant professional certificates**Required Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Knowledge of MOM regulations & policies
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure and independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- ** Other Language**: Mandarin, English
