HR Generalist

**Payroll**
1. Process and prepare monthly payroll in a timely manner to ensure the payroll is accurate in accordance with the latest employment rules and regulations.
2. Prepare and check the related documents and payment of statutory deductions to be submitted to the relevant government bodies within the stipulated time.
3. Ensure that all personnel files in both paper and electronics format are updated in a timely manner, maintaining the confidentiality and security of data at all times.
4. Responsible to perform and administration of company claims and ensure smooth processing of month claim with high accuracy and ensure timely issuance of payment.
5. Provide appropriate reports from the HR database for the purpose of auditing and monitoring employee data and training.
**Salary and Benefits**
1. Prepare accurate salary and bonus data for bi-annual reviews.
2. Prepare and participate in market and salary surveys.
4. Assist in job evaluations and the annual merit process as required.
5. Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits information to employees.
6. Compound appraisal rating for salary and bonus reviews.
7. Review and ensure accuracy of monthly payroll.
**Recruitment**
1. Workforce planning - document, track and update all approved headcount and budgets.
2. Responsible for the entire spectrum of recruitment process - request processing, advertising, sourcing, screening, matching, interview, selection, reference & criminal check and offer.
4. Maintain, update and collate organization charts and job descriptions for each position.
5. Maintain and update the job posting in linkedin and company website
**Insurance**
1. Review and propose effective annual group insurance renewal.
2. Responsible in managing the administration of insurance movement such as updating of new joined and resigned staffs and submission of pre and post hospitalization insurance claims.
**Training**
1. Manages and conducts on-boarding program for all new joiners.
2. Planning, organizing and administering all internal and external training related matters.
3. Ensure that statutory training requirements are met. Example, HRDF related matters.
4. Administers and keeps track of training budget and training days of staff
**HR Policy**
1. Review and update HR Policy and processes.
2. Prepare and upload policy in SMS.
**Industrial Relation**
1. Assist in handling all industrial relation matters and ensure that the business units are protected and safeguarded from all HR related risk and highlight potential risk for further review and approval.
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
