Key Responsibilities:
- Extend a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, leaving a lasting impression.
- Skillfully address and resolve visitor inquiries, ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate seamlessly across departments, demonstrating your effective problem solving prowess.
- Issue travel tickets for our dedicated staff, meticulously managing documentation.
- Oversee the distribution of incoming mail to respective departments, maintaining efficiency.
- Coordinate with courier service for timely document pickups, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain and update monthly meeting room calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling.
- Present positive and polished appearance, reflecting our company’s image.
- Perform additional duties as required, showcasing your adaptability and versatility.
- Maintaining a well-groomed and professional appearance, including appropriate attire, hygiene and grooming standards.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Fluent in English and Bahasa, showcasing exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Tamil would be added advantage, highlighting your versatility.
- Stellar interpersonal skills and organizational excellence.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A minimum of 1 year proven experience as a front desk receptionist.
- Those with a background in cabin crew or customer service are strongly encouraged to apply.
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
