Overview
We are searching for a customer service champion who loves ensuring customers get the best service of their lives. Serving customers at the time when they need a home service should bring joy to you
Key responsibilities
- Serve and process customers who have put in a request into our system, or who have registered interest over social media channels.
- Call-back and follow-up with customers whose requests are unclear
- Contact service professionals to ensure that each customer has the sufficient number of quotations or options
- Maximise the number of jobs that are successfully matched or completed
- Call customers to gather feedback on service professionals' performance
**; Requirements**: - Requirements
- Must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any field
- Must possess at least 1 year of working experience in call Centre/ customer service/ front desk experience
Hard skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Google Drive equivalent
Soft skills
- Loves talking to people, customer-oriented, strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to speak English, Malay and Chinese
- Team player and able to work in a fast paced environment with mínimal supervision
