**Position : Customer Service ( January Intake )**

**Tenure: 6 months**

**Working Location : Damansara Height**

**Salary : Up to RM3000**
- Make outbound call to existing and new customers.
- Assist customers to sign up SKDS or guide them to sign up SKDS via phone.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and offer suitable product / solution to customers.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
- Perform data entry and build customers database.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.

**Requirements & Skills**
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Ability to converse in Chinese or Tamil would be added advantage.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Proficiency with basic computers software i.e.: Microsoft Words & Microsoft Excel, and strong typing skills.
- Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
- Adaptability and accountability.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
