**Responsibilities**:
1. Communicate and explain basic information to the customer

2. Overcome concerns, resolving customer concerns through active listening, empathy, professionalism, and problem solving

4. Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.

5. Identify customer's needs, researching any existing issue in order to provide strategic solutions that will best address customer's needs while ensuring that any existing confusion is clarified

6. Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with Service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance to our service standards

7. Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience

8. Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures

9. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

10. Translation of various documents and handling client complaints

11. Supporting team and management in any tasks which may require assistance

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
