Location: No. 7, Jalan PJU 10/10E, Saujana Damansara, Damansara Damai.
Working days: Monday to Thursday (9am-6pm), Saturday & Sunday (9am - 5.30pm)
1. Understand clients' needs, goals, and challenges to provide appropriate product or service solutions.
2. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Proactively engage with visitors and clients to promote and upsell company products or services.
4. Provide information on features, benefits, and pricing of products/services, addressing client questions and objections effectively.
5. Maintain an understanding of the company's offerings and stay updated on product/service updates.
6. Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
7. Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages when necessary.
8. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
9. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
10. Provide accurate and timely information to visitors and clients regarding company services, products, and general inquiries.
11. Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with internal staff and clients.
12. Other tasks as directed from time to time
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Damansara: Relocate before starting work (required)
