Customer Service Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- To act as Liaison between customers and sales team to handle both pre-sales and post sales service function.
- Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
- Handle department order processing and related operation tasks.
Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
- Manage database of customer sales order and invoicing records.
- Assist in marketing activities and inventory control maintenance.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 year working experience in related field.
- Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin.
- Able to work independently, multi-tasking with minimum supervision.
- Possess good communications skill and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
