Customer Service Coordinator

Assist in product purchasing and order fulfilment activities such as providing quotation, processing PO, issue invoice and other related documentations.
- Maintain database of client needs, customer sales order and invoicing records and service reports.
- Alert customers on overdue service.
- Ensuring orders are delivered on time.
- Respond to any issues that occur during the delivery of services.
- Ensure the return POD for revenue recognition.
- Evaluate the quality of work from time to time and identify areas for improvements
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proving good service and prompt reply to customers
- The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
