**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English, Mandarin.
- At least 2 years of working experience preferably in Wood Manufacturing.
- Must possess a valid driving license, own transport and be willing to travel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Expert in negotiate, or renegotiate.
- Resourceful with positive attitude and able to work independently.
- **Working days & hours: Monday-Friday (08.30am-05.30pm).**:

- Location: Banting, Selangor.
- 15 minutes from KLIA Airport.

**Responsibilities**:

- To carry out and implement daily sales activities as per the SOP sales order procedures and work instructions.
- To attend and follow up with the overseas Retail & Distribution on prospect, customer and agent trade enquiries.
- To implement overseas Retail & Distribution prospect pre-qualifying administration and arrange for the posting of catalogues, corner samples and price proposal to the potential prospect.
- To prepare costing and price proposal for Retail & Distribution enquiries with agreement from superior that meets t the customer requirement.
- To closely monitoring and making effort to gather the information to meet the customer required specification in order to close the sales.
- To follow up and update the quoted Retails & Distribution enquiries.
- To prepare the technical shop drawing where necessary for submission to Key Accounts, Retail & Distribution customers.
- To plan and calculate the material required and checking with Purchasing Department and MPPC on the availability of material upon confirmation of Key Accounts, Retail & Distribution customer’s order.
- To verify Job Docket to production after order confirmation and receipt of payment term prior submit to Department Head for approval.
- To monitor the payment collection and make sure the collection is received within the collection period for the assigned customer account.
- To closely monitor the progress of production on the Key Accounts, Retail & Distribution customer's order and update the customer if there are any changes and delay on the delivery schedule.
- To handle customer complaints and work hand in hand with production and quality team members to ensure corrective and preventive action is executed and followed through.
- To provide effective supervision and coaching Sales Coordinator and Shipping Clerk.
- To verify all the Sales Documents and Shipping documents for account in charged.
- To verify quantity and amount on the WIP prior submit to Department Head for approval.
- To verify the material and quantity on the PR prior submit to Department Head.
- To update and verify the monthly KRA for Sales Coordinator and Shipping Assistant.

**Reports**

To prepare for the monthly reports as follow:

- KRA reports
- Monthly Forecast Material Consumption Report
- Key Customer Sales Order Analysis Reports
- Monthly Forecasted Sales and Cost Provision Report
- Monthly Actual Sales and Forecasted Provision Report
- Departmental Objective Evaluation Report
- Master Delivery Schedule

**Others**
- You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by department heads.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
