**Job Description**:
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Required Language (s) : Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 years of work experience in related filed is required for this position
- Required Skill (s) : Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office, Data Entry, General Administration, Filing
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Key in supplier invoices to the system and issue invoices to customers
- Follow up / Keep track payment with the debtors and creditors
- Answering phone calls and calling customers and vendors to follow up on deliveries
- General office administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with different parties on the tasks assigned.
- Obtain information to respond to requests by reviewing files, documents, and records
- Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing, and databases
