Role Description
- Assist clients in scheduling consultations with designers and ensure a smooth and efficient process throughout the design project.
- Identify and assess customers' needs, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within established guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers to relay client requirements, project specifications, and design preferences accurately.
- Maintain a high level of product or service knowledge to effectively assist customers and address inquiries.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project progress, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the design process.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level goals.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience as a customer service role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & **Mandarin** (to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients).
- Strong multitasking skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses strong interpersonal, communication, verbal, and written skills.
- Resistant to stress and capable of working under pressure.
- Able to start work immediately will be preferred.

Commencement
- Immediately (Advantageous)

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Saturday and Sunday _(Flexible)_

**Education**:

- SPM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
