**Customer Service Executive**
**Samsung Authorized Service Center (One Service Republic SDN BHD) - Sri Petaling**
**RESPONSIBILITY**:
- Greet and serve incoming customer
- Perform various data entry
- Ensure the accuracy of the data entry
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Maintaining internal databases
- Perform various aspect of inventory management
- Preparing finished products for packaging and shipment
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback.
- Assists phone call and reply to customer massage.
**REQUIREMENT**:
- Speak Malay and English
- Availability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment
- Experience in customer service is a huge advantage
**Operation Hour**:
Monday - Saturday
**Working Hour**:
Monday - Friday : 10am - 7pm
Saturday : 10am - 2pm
*Sunday closed
**WORKING LOCATION**:
Xioami Authorized Service Center (One Service Repulic SDN BHD) - Lot 6-002, Endah Parade, No. 1, Jalan 1/149E, Seri Petaling 57000 KL.
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sri Petaling: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
