- Salary : RM5200 basic + RM200 housing allowance + up to 20% sales incentive monthly
- Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

- Language Requirements: Vietnamese (Native) + English (B2 proficiency)

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking dynamic and skilled individuals for the role of Technical Sales, primarily catering to the Vietnamese market. As a Native Vietnamese speaker, you will play a crucial role in our technical sales team, utilizing your technical background and expertise to drive sales and provide top-notch customer support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Technical Sales:

- Engage with potential clients to understand their technical needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Effectively communicate the technical aspects of our products and services to clients.
- Qualification Criteria:

- Completed education in a technical field (Bachelor’s Degree).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Web Development.
- Worked as a technical customer consultant in an agency, at the help desk, or as an employee in IT support.
- Technical Competencies:

- Proficiency in Pixel, MS Office, and electronic mail systems.
- Experience with API/SDK integration is highly desirable.
- Customer Support:

- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in providing exceptional customer support.
- Previous experience with social media advertising, digital marketing, and various tools.
- Language Skills:

- Native proficiency in Vietnamese.
- English proficiency at B2 level.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Web Development and technical customer consultation.
- Familiarity with Pixel, MS Office, and API/SDK integration.
- Strong customer support background.
- Knowledge of social media advertising, digital marketing, and related tools.
