Corporate Trainer

As a Corporate Trainer, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and professional development of our employees. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with our company's objectives and culture. You'll work closely with various departments to identify training needs, create engaging learning materials, and facilitate interactive training sessions. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to employee growth, productivity, and overall organizational success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Needs Assessment**:

- Collaborate with department heads and HR to conduct thorough training needs assessments.
- Identify skill gaps and training requirements across different job roles and levels within the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate relevant content into training programs.
- **Training Program Development**:

- Design comprehensive training programs that address identified needs and align with organizational goals.
- Develop learning objectives, curriculum outlines, and training materials (e.g., presentations, handouts, multimedia resources).
- Utilize various instructional design methodologies and techniques to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Facilitate training sessions using a variety of delivery methods, including instructor-led presentations, workshops, e-learning modules, and virtual classrooms.
- Adapt training content and delivery approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles and audience needs.
- **Evaluation and Feedback**:

- Implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs and participant learning outcomes.
- Collect feedback from trainees through surveys, evaluations, and post-training assessments.
- Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and instructional techniques.
- **Subject Matter Expertise**:

- Stay abreast of changes in the industry and update training materials accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and trainees on content-related inquiries.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for training initiatives.
- Foster positive relationships with external training vendors, consultants, and educational institutions as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS), multimedia authoring tools, and other training technologies.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for training sessions or conferences.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
