As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to prepare you for future leadership roles within our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and understand the various processes involved in furniture manufacturing, including design, production, quality control, and logistics.
- Assist in optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with the engineering team to identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance product quality and production output.
- Gain hands-on experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the factory.
- Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to enhance your technical skills and business acumen.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Support senior management in various strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.

**Job Requirements;**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCad is advantageous
- Prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing or engineering-related role is preferred but not required.
- Passion for the furniture industry and a desire to pursue a career in management.
- Those with good management skills will be an added value.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,999.00 per month
