**What you'll be doing**:

- **Increase Digital Presence**:Improve the reach of our product and brand by producing high-quality creatives, and growing one (or more) marketing channels such as socials, videos, and campaigns.
- **Creative Production**:Produce creative assets from ideation to implementation. This includes content creation, design and video production, while ensuring that we’re meeting internal guidelines and are continuously adding value to users.
- **Project Coordination**:Coordinate and manage creative projects from ideation to implementation, all while ensuring quality of output is high. Constantly evaluate and improve creative workflows and processes.
- **Stay Plugged-In**:Stay up-to-date with the latest cryptocurrency and marketing trends. Conduct customer, competitor and general market research to remain relevant.
- **Maintain Playbooks**:Participate in knowledge-sharing activities and ensure that existing workflows and new learnings are documented well.
- **Performance Reporting**:Provide regular reporting and analysis on performance metrics. Effectively communicate feedback and learnings within the team.
- Work closely with team members, cross-functionally, and with external freelancers.
- You are required to support any ad hoc tasks as required by the company.

**What we look for in you**:

- **At least 1 year of relevant work experience in an agency, media or video production house, **with experience in managing and delivering creative projects in a fast-paced environment. Having a Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Design or relevant fields is a plus.
- **You have a strong portfolio of creative projects** showcasing your creative thinking and technical abilities.
- **Good understanding of the skill sets, technical requirements and project workflows in at least one core medium** (design, content creation, video production) with proficiency in the others.
- **Design sense**: Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. You have a good understanding of design principles, and have the ability to work across various mediums, including digital, social, video, and print.
- **Video Editing**: Knowledge in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. You have a good understanding of social media platforms and their specific requirements for video content.
- **Content creation**:You have the ability to generate engaging and relevant content across multiple channels that aligns with the project objectives and target audience.
- **Creative-thinking**:You are a visual storyteller who can conceptualize ideas and effectively implement them into your projects. You are able to explain your approach, and provide creative solutions to your work.
- **Domain Knowledge**:Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial markets is a huge plus. Upon joining the team, you are expected to build a good understanding of our users, what are their needs vs wants, what is trending in the market, and be able to address their needs within the channels or content you own.
- **Operational Excellence**:You have a keen eye for detail and an exceptionally high bar for accuracy and quality. You also hold your peers to similar standards in their work.
