The Kindergarten Centre Manager oversees the daily operations, administration, and educational programs within the kindergarten facility. They ensure a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children while managing staff and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of the kindergarten, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Manage the budget, resources, and supplies required for the center's smooth functioning.

**Staff Supervision and Development**:

- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture among the team.

**Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Develop or oversee the implementation of a comprehensive curriculum aligned with educational standards and child development principles.
- Ensure lessons and activities cater to individual learning needs and promote holistic development.

**Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress, activities, and overall development.
- Organize events, meetings, or workshops to engage parents and the local community.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, health, and educational regulations set by relevant authorities.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulations and update practices accordingly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
