- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
2.**Staff Management**:
- Recruiting, training, and supervising teaching and support staff.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff members.
- Creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
3.**Curriculum and Educational Programs**:
- Developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and educational programs.
- Monitoring the quality of teaching and learning activities.
- Ensuring that the curriculum aligns with educational standards and goals.
4.**Student Relations**:
- Building positive relationships with students and parents.
- Addressing student and parent concerns or issues.
- Organizing parent-teacher meetings and communication.
5.**Financial Management**:
- Budgeting and financial planning for the kindergarten.
- Managing tuition fees, enrollment, and billing processes.
- Tracking and controlling expenses.
6.**Safety and Emergency Procedures**:
- Developing and implementing safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Conducting regular safety drills and training for staff and students.
7.**Parent and Community Engagement**:
- Building relationships with the local community and relevant stakeholders.
- Organizing events, open houses, and community activities.
8.**Data Reporting and Analysis**:
- Collecting and analyzing data related to student performance and kindergarten operations.
- Using data to make informed decisions and improvements.
9.**Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution**:
- Handling issues and conflicts that may arise among students, parents, or staff.
- Finding solutions to improve the overall kindergarten experience.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
