- The Residential Sales Manager supports the Head of Residential Seles for TRX Residences, and any other property development related to Lendlease. Your role includes but not limited to- Drive and execute selling efforts to meet sales target.-
- Create and establish customer database and provide excellent customer service.-
- Responsible for all sales documentations.-
- To foster good relationship with property agencies-
- Strong sales negotiating skills and ability to close deals.- Essential to this role is sales experience, preferably 5 years in the property industry. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, you must be proactive in nature, and resourceful with a positive 'can do' attitude. Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, both written and spoken, is a core requirement for the role.
- Others- This is a permanent role.-
- You will enjoy 22 days annual leave per annum + 3 days wellbeing leave-
