**Looking for Full-time Project Manager in Malaysia**
**Role Overview**:
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and growth of our software products. You will be responsible for managing a team of no-code developers and designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and defining and executing product roadmaps. Your goal will be to create exceptional user experiences and drive customer satisfaction through innovative products that will improve business processes.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps in line with the company's vision and objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of no-code developers and designers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables.
3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather feedback, understand market needs, and align product priorities.
4. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user testing to gain insights and inform product decision-making.
5. Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
6. Define and track key product metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of new features and improvements.
7. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
8. Conduct regular product reviews and gather feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously improve products and features.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and areas for innovation.
10. Ensure timely delivery of product releases while balancing competing priorities and resource constraints.
11. Act as a product evangelist by effectively communicating product vision, value proposition, and key features to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the software development industry.
2. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
5. Experience with creating product roadmaps and managing the product lifecycle.
6. Familiarity with no-code development platforms and tools is highly desirable.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred
