**About the Job**
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, taking ownership from ideation to launch for the products assigned to you.
- Spearhead the development and enhancement of payment features, collaborating closely with engineering teams to build the solutions
- Engage directly with clients or partners to translate their requirements into actionable product features, steering prioritization and roadmap development.
- Define and prioritize short and long-term product goals, ensuring clear communication with the team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, partners, customer operations, compliance, and analytics teams.
- Develop and execute our product strategy, empowering customers with innovative tools.
- Establish clear success metrics and support teams in achieving them.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a Product Manager within fintech or financial services domains.
- Goodlevel of knowledge on APIs (REST, JSON).
- Comfortable working with data and utilizing it to make informed decisions.
- Proficient UX design skills and a strong drive to meet user needs and expectations.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Capable of transforming incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into actionable plans.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working as a technical product manager is a plus.
