You will play an important role in: Provide excellent customer service to the customers. Attend to inquiries or feedback from the customers. Adhere with the Company Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure hygiene of the Cinema premises & equipment. Handling of point of sales system. Regular hall checking to ensure movie pictures / sound / subtitles are clear.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
