E-commerce Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all the E-Commerce Platfrom (Shopee,Lazada & etc)
- Handle customer order from all the online portal and processing orders in an efficient and timely manner
- Updating, managing and maintaining website's backend such as pricing, product listings and inventory of products, etc.
- Plan online Sales & Marketing strategies (work on online promotions, activity support)
- Liase and coordinate with customers on sales enquiry, quotation, order processing and deliveries arrangement,resolving complaints
- Provide customer support activities like responding to enquiries, phone calls, request and all other customers requirements and correspondence.
- Follow up customers payment
- Perform general administrative such as filing and controlling docs
- Others related admin duties
**Requirements**:
- MUST be a TEAM player
- Good communication skill, positive, interpersonal skill, multitasking & able to work independently
- Responsive with sense of urgency
- Analytical, well organised, team player and well-equipped with multi-tasking ability
- Preferably, Junior E-commerce Executive specialized in e-commerce operation executive or Fresh Graduate.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
