Accounts Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Prepare daily financial transactions and weekly/monthly reports such as cash payment/online banking report, and online banking payment transaction(s) for Authorizer to approved
- Ensure all transactions follow accounting standard, policies and compliance
- Support daily and monthly account payables (AP) function including key in invoices, maintain supplier data etc.
- Verify staff claims and suppliers’ invoices.
- To key in the details of the various financial transactions made by the company officials in the ERP system.
- Maintain and post accurate accounting records for all daily transactions
- Accurate timely closure of accounts & submission of financial information to meet the reporting requirements.
- Liaising with internal staff for payment requisition process as well as third party providers, vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for bookkeeping.
- Assist in providing information as required for statutory tax & audit issues.
- Reconciliation of bank and supplier 13 Any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Minimum Diploma in accountancy and above or any related fields with 2 years' experience in related fields
- Specialized Knowledge: Accounting and bookkeeping
- Has related experience in account payables, reconciliation
- Knowledge in SST, WHT and company tax will be added advantages
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Detail oriented, independent and has strong communication skills and good team player
- Administrative skill (eg. Filing, paper works etc)
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
