To implement company & department procedure, Work Instruction, Rules & Regulations, maintain all related record & upkeeping good housekeeping
- Assist Department HOD to work together with team to achieve department Objective
- Daily check the attendance of the foreign workers
- Ensure the materials are ready the day before running operations
- To complete production plan by scheduling and mobilize employees if needed; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries
- Provide direction and follow the production schedules to the production department
- Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines
- To ensure production quality to meet customer requirement
- Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency
- Oversee the entire operations of the facility with an aim of high performance
- Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correct
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- To arrange new worker for training and ensure the training program are in place
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Shares ideas/recommendations for continuous improvements with Managers
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
