Applicant must have working experience in Supervisor level in Cable manufacturing industries 1. Be conversant with company's products, other relevant Procedures, Quality, Safety of Environment & QEHS policy 2. To assist the Production Manager carry out planned production schedule and take over supervising the production function when Supervisor is on leave. 3. Assist Production Manager to ensure that all equipment and machineries in the department are in good working condition. 4. To produce a high level of quality product and meet the industry standards as well as meet customer's specification 5. Investigation and implementing corrective action with final evaluation report to Production Manager on any related product defect. 6. Assist Production Manager to provide training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals, appraise/monitor the performance of the subordinates in relation to job function and specific tasks given. 7. Develop work instructions and equipment specifications for production activities. 8. Maintain proper document identification and traceability for all products during processes. 9. To assist Production Manager ensure that all production records and periodic stock check record are properly prepared and kept 10. The incumbent is delegated all necessary authorization to discharge his responsibilities. 11. Ensure that the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 are established, implemented and maintained. 12. Be responsible to guidance Supervisor and Operator until subordinates at all the time 13. Conduct new product trial run, preparation evaluation. 14. Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately 15. Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production 16. To verify and monitor the daily machine down time and output according to standard and target. 17. To verify and check the machine setup before production run.
