**Legal Counsel** who is passionate to grow with us in the APAC region. You will be an integral part of the project management team and help the management to liaise with related parties regarding Dispute resolution, Legal matters.

**Job Descriptions**
- Legal Support for cbs APAC.
- Office: Review Service agreements, Insurance policies.
- HR: Review employment contracts, Employee insurance policies.
- cbs Group: Review Intercompany agreement, Director's resolutions.
- Liaise with related parties regarding Dispute resolution, Legal matters.
- PMO: Review contracts such as NDA, MSA, SOW, GTC, Proposal templates, other agreements between cbs and customers, partners, freelancers, vendors.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Legal Counsel, preferably in IT service industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask daily workload
- Being able to handle confidential matters
- Good attitude, passionate and determined while appreciating teamwork
- Eloquent and fluent in English and Chinese
