1. To implement a plant-wide environmental, safety, and health management system 2. To ensure all regulatory body rules and regulations are being complied 3. To conduct training and campaigns in environmental, safety and health aspect such as hazard briefing, personal protective equipment use, and noise exposure and promote ESH awareness 4. To coordinate with the production department to ensure they are always following EHS rules and SOP 5. To report and analyze health and safety matters (Covid, compliance, risk assessments, site inspections, action plan, etc.) 6. To investigate the adequacy of ventilation, exhaust equipment and other conditions which may affect employee health, comfort, or efficiency 7. To ensure that the plant fire fighting and fire protection system is in good working conditions which may affect employee health, comfort or efficiency 8. To plan and execute periodical environment, safety and health inspection and audits 9. To handle internal, supplier/contractor and supplier environmental, safety and health related issues 10. To review and maintain ISO 14001 certification of the plant 11. Advice and coordinate with HODs/Supervisors in preparing EHS Risk Assessment SOP for new activities process 12. Conduct an investigation of all incidents near-misses and recommend appropriate corrective measures 13. Record, analyze, and cascade lateral points from First Aid Cases Accidents to all project personnel and analyze the trends' effectiveness 14. To track and review regulations to ensure compliance by identifying any additional processes and guidelines required to be deployed 15. To support management in the introduction and enforcement of industrial and other environmental, safety and health standards 16. To prepare, submit report and liaise with governmental/authorities’ department, such as DOE, DOSH, BOMBA 17. Organize campaigns, competitions, others special emphasis programme to promote EHs in the workplace 18. To prepare and present safety KPI on a monthly basis 19. To prepare and generate monthly E-Com Reports and present to management 20. Undertake any other assignments as assigned by superior from time to time
