**工作目的:**

以有效且有效率的方式為財務經理提供職能支援。該職位將與應收帳款、應付帳款和其他相關會計職能進行協調。

**主要成功標準:**

ERP 中的發票每週處理,包括直接和間接採購發票。
確保銀行付款按時、準確地安排,在銀行對帳單和 ERP 中的銀行餘額之間核對銀行餘額
每週在 ERP 中核對客戶的收據和銷售發票,升級客戶逾期狀態。
確保所有條目都有適當的支持文件支援並分類到適當的帳戶。

**職責與責任:**

應收款:
- 及時處理和簽發發票、借方票據和貸方票據
- ERP 中每日客戶收集的更新
- 確保在處理任何手動發票、貸方票據和調整之前獲得適當的文件和批准
- 跟進內部和外部客戶的逾期情況

**應付:**
- 驗證並確保所有應付帳款交易均已批准並及時記入帳戶
- 更新並確保所有供應商發票、員工索賠和其他雜項付款均在信用期限內安排
- 執行供應商對賬,確保所有交易均正確處理

**其他會計功能:**
- 準備每月銀行餘額調節表和銀行記錄
- 支援定期盤點並完成庫存調整
- 參與年度固定資產勘察
- 按要求協助準備日常報告和文件填寫
- 每週監控收款和支出
- 準備總帳分錄,包括預付款、應計費用、薪資、庫存、固定資產、銀行費用等
- 協助其他指派的臨時和/或月末會計職責

平日:**週一-週五-(5天)**

工作時間**:上午 8:00 - 下午 5:00**

**每日膳食津貼:Rm 4.00
