Establish efficient daily workflows to run operations smoothly.
- Assisting in receiving items from supplier with thorough check and correct location.
- Supporting user in confirming items that require to be check.
- Timely preparation of stocks from document printing, items preparation & issuance and entering into the system
- Well maintaining of JDE record of stocks requisition documents and transactions.
- Collecting user complain/comment from user and reporting to superior.
- Reporting to superior on the depleted stocks as per min/max, history and usage plan and ensuring sufficiency of the inventory items.
- Liaison with other departments on all inventory related matters including direct charge items, stock sufficiency, and material requirement and space planning.
- Assisting in in cycle count activity.
- Ensure stock accuracy between physical and system quantity.
- Actively housekeeping of all store locations in compliance with 5S.
- Ensuring the compliance to the security protocols and safety procedures at all Store locations.
- To oversee storage condition and discuss on the improvement.
- To carry out any ad hoc instructions given by superior.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Qualification: Diploma in related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant working environments.
- High sense responsibility.
- Can collaborate effectively within a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
