Job Description:
As a WordPress Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our web development efforts. Your responsibilities will span across WordPress content management, theme customization, UI/UX design, and overall site management. This role is ideal for someone who is a WordPress generalist and capable of managing and improving WordPress sites to meet our evolving business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and improve our WordPress websites, ensuring high performance and availability.
- Manage WordPress themes and customize them to suit our brand and objectives.
- Handle content updates, plugin integrations, and website optimization for speed and SEO.
- Work closely with our marketing team to ensure the site aligns with branding and marketing strategies.
- Design and implement UI/UX improvements to enhance website usability and aesthetics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any WordPress-related issues.
- Conduct periodic website audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members on new features and functionalities.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in WordPress website development and management.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and customization techniques.
- Proficient in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Experience in UI/UX design and the ability to create user-friendly website layouts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- A portfolio showcasing previous WordPress projects.
