Verify Payment vouchers against invoices.
- Preparing Tax Notes for tax agent.
- Assist in computation of doctor’s income & MO locum for LHDN.
- Prepare Sales Invoices, Credit Note and Debit Note.
- Checking & prepare MO monthly incentive/ procedure claim.
- Distributing cheques payments to consultants.
- Accounts coding for petty cash claims.
- Verify all procedures claims made by staffs.
- Prepare Doctor’s yearly income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Check locum payment.
- In the absence of the accounts Officer, to assist the duties of accounts Officer.
- Assist in handling bank reconciliation.
- Assist in handling suppliers / auditors / bankers / government agencies enquiries.
- To create packages.
- To involve in stock take and asset count.
- Assist auditors during internal / external audit.
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
