Reporting to : Managing Director (MD)

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the quality assurance operations, directing a team of dedicated QA professionals to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your role will be pivotal in implementing QA strategies, optimizing methodologies, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within your team. Other duties are inclusive but not limited to:

- Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation: Develop and maintain a robust QMS that aligns with industry standards and company objectives.
- Lead Customer Audits: Manage and conduct customer audit processes to ensure compliance and resolution of any issues.
- Internal Audit Management: Oversee internal audits to ensure adherence to internal standards and identify areas for process improvement.
- ISO Audit Leadership: Direct ISO audits, facilitating compliance and supporting certification processes.
- Supplier Quality Management: Oversee supplier quality to ensure all suppliers meet the required standards, conducting regular assessments and coordinating improvement initiatives as needed.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support the QA team, fostering an environment of quality excellence and professional growth.
- Strategy and Policy Development: Formulate and enforce effective QA strategies and policies to maintain consistent product quality.
- Performance Metrics: Establish quality metrics and KPIs to assess QA process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with various departments to synchronize QA plans with company goals, ensuring clear communication and transparency with stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Implement automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing processes and increase efficiency without compromising quality.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement efforts within the QA team by integrating best practices, new technologies, and industry standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and prioritize project risks related to quality, develop strategies to mitigate these risks, and uphold the highest level of product integrity.
- Additional Duties: Assume additional responsibilities or projects as assigned by leadership, contributing to broader company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Science or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
- Proven experience in QA management, preferably in Semiconductor industry.
- Expert in ISO 9001 and other equivalent Quality Management System standards.
- Expertise in developing QA tools, frameworks, and strategies.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in QA practices.
- Able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Visio, Powerpoint, minitab (or similar), and the like.
- Results oriented management style coupled with a mentoring/positive reinforcement style.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- To be able to drive changes and be a change agent.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
